What’s inside
30 days of 30 daily workouts
Week 1
We’ll start slow. To get into a habit, it’s important to take small, easy steps that don’t feel like a chore. For the first week, we will do one exercise a day. Pick a time of day that follows another habit you already do - like before brushing your teeth or right when you get home from work.
Week 2
Building on the first week’s exercises, your body and mind will start to get into a habit. The program I’m giving you also builds your mobility and strength for all around health and fitness.
Week 3 & 4
Turning your fitness into a daily routine, you will add a third exercise in week three and build up to a 30-minute workout. It shouldn’t feel so hard since you have the first two weeks of base to build on. And hopefully you have found a time and a place at home that you can make this something you do every day for the rest of your life.
