"Training with Kat has opened my eyes to an entirely new way of training…”

— S. L.

Kat believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Leveraging functional fitness not only increases the quality and longevity of Kat’s clients’ lives but empowers them to reach increasingly higher levels of self-esteem, confidence, and inspiration-oriented living.

How it began.

Kat grew up in Delaware where her passion for health and fitness began. Growing up, she started weight training and swimming with her grandfather. She also played competitive softball for 10 years.

Kat truly embodies what it means to live a fitness lifestyle. She was the 18th female in U.S. Navy history to become a Rescue Swimmer. She served over seven years in that role.

During her service, Kat helped manage the Command Fitness Program. After separating from the military in 2010, Kat went on to manage fitness programs exclusive to the San Diego Police Department, female weightlifters, and other organizations.
