We have multiple workout stations to allow for a more individual workout even while you are in class. And I have brought in a lot of the latest top equipment so I can tailor my workouts to your fitness goals.

For those of you on your way somewhere else after your workout, we will have a full bathroom and shower facility soon. .For your convenience now, we have a bathroom.

I chose this location because it is centrally located in San Diego. Just off the 5 freeway, we also have plenty of free, convenient parking right outside our roll up door!
